What, what was that like? What did you learn? What did it take to get there? Tell us more about that.

Yeah, for sure.

I think like anything else, it's all about, like, setting a goal, and what I learned from some mentors, for me, like early on, was to find, like, the top people in the company.

And, uh, th- it was just something innate 'cause it's like if you wanna learn something, you wanna learn from the best of the best or from like the leaders in the company.

'Cause most times you just hear them on, you know, we'd hear them on conference calls.

And so I found out very early on, um, like education is key, like putting myself in specific rooms.

So what I, what I did is I found out in Verizon is they had a lot of training programs that you could sign up for that were actually free.
