In your travels, in the stuff you're seeing, 'cause most of the people listening, uh, to this show are independent footwear retailers, what are the best independent retailers doing that separates them from everyone else these days? Like, in your travels, I mean, you could say the generic ones, but more recently when you're walking in the store saying, "Oh, that is awesome."

Well, I have to say, it's as old as time, but training.

Um, you know, associates on the floor that really are trained to listen to the customer and to ask the questions that will help them understand what the customer needs.

And it's, it's a talent.

It's not just everybody can do it.

You know, those associates that really do it well excel.

And one of the markets that I've been going into, not because we sell it, but because I think they have, uh, phenomenal training as their foundation, are the running stores.

How do you lead through change? Like, looking back over the last five years, what have been your biggest challenges?
