Like, if the goal is financial freedom, I don't think that's probably the best place to first start to maximize cash on cash return and cash flow.

But if you just wanna own an awesome property on the beach and have it kind of pay for itself, that, that can work.

The challenge with those, though, is there's only so many people who are going to take a high-end vacation, right? There's, I mean, there's only so many people that can afford that.

And so as these areas have become more popular, like you said, it's like everybody is focused on this.

You put in short-term rentals, you know, how to buy short-term rentals or whatever on, on YouTube, and it's just people focused on these same markets.

How would somebody find those markets?
