You talked on one of these projects you're working on, or maybe all of them, but you've got a very specific family focus as far as your vision for that project.

Yeah, so we're working with Moss on a West Apex project at the corner of 751 and 64.

I'm really excited for that market.

I think it's a tremendous project.

with, you know, a lot of homes that need services.

And this is a very consequential corner.

I think that, you know, you've got centers that you've got your grocery anchored centers, you have, you know, gyms are becoming more of an anchor because there's a daily draw.

So I want to hear about that.
