... how natural was football to you? Was it something that just came easy 'cause of your size, or did you have to work really hard for it?

I, I had the talent and, like I said, I was All-American, and I just had the talent in everything that I did, but I also had to go up against people, you know, my, my coaches playing favoritism to other, you know, and purposely keeping me last to where I had to work 10 times harder than the next man to even get a sliver of some type of, you know, exposure.

And I would've actually went to a bigger college, but the coach that I had was there pretty much my whole, um, my first three years, and all my other coaches, coaches from other teams, were like, "Why aren't you on var?" I was supposed to be on varsity my freshman year, but the coach purposely kept me behind because he wanted...

He honestly wanted to see me fail.

But as I got older, I realized in certain aspects, and I had to let it go, that that was what he was wanting.
