But as SEB accelerates its AI journey, from a leadership perspective, what has been the most difficult non-technical challenge in making ai truly scale at this early stage do

Kimberly LejonöGUEST
you want to go first or should i i mean i think we're you're kind of on to it already with the question there as well josh all of these transformations within technology is often seen as check transformations from the start that's where they usually kind of start up that's where we maybe get the furthest but it is the people at the core I mean, I spoke with a person today in the office and we talked about reasoning around, you know, we were a bit of disagreement.

Kimberly LejonöGUEST
Is it like 80 or 90 percent of what the work we're doing in this transformation being people related, not necessarily tech related as well? And what is really happening, coming back to what I said in the beginning, it's shifting fundamentally on how we are working within technology.

Kimberly LejonöGUEST
And what is actually happening within people, within individuals, like just to come back to my team and look at kind of some of the reflections that are being lifted.

Kimberly LejonöGUEST
It's like, what will be my job moving forward? And if you start to pick apart that question, if you open it up a little bit more, what kind of other questions are there underneath that question? You come down to kind of basic security questions being asked, like, where is my job security? That starts leading to kind of as well, you know, security in life.

Kimberly LejonöGUEST
You're actually picking apart on really deep emotional feelings with the people you're working with and to actually meet that as a leader, to be humble in that change, to be able to have an open dialogue around that.
