I think for me, it comes down to a lot of the labor and staffing challenges that we all talk about in our communities.

And I think that, again, for me, it's when I look at the physical plan of the buildings and when you're walking in, again, if I'm looking for my mom, who's 80 and I will be soon, like, you know, we're like, do I feel the love? Do I feel the care? from the staff.
