Okay.
1:22
Yeah, thanks.
1:23
So we know that the advisor is the face of the dealership, the customer's window into the service department in a lot of cases.
1:31
And so what really stood out is how consistently positive customers feel about their service advisors.
1:38
So nearly nine out of 10 said that advisors communicate clearly.
1:44
They explained what was needed and they treated the customers with respect.
1:48
And so that is huge because when those things don't happen we saw NPS drop by roughly 40 points.
3:58
But why do you think that is?
41:21
What does your data say about service customer retention in 2026?
41:28
Well, it's all the retention really, um, is going to be about how the dealership can provide the experience, build the trust.
41:39
And it keeps those, keeps those customers coming back, especially when we talk again, going to that younger, that younger shopper, they're very loyal.
41:48
They are.
41:49
Um, I think it was, you know, over 90% likely to return to the dealership for service that they bought their car.
41:56
So they're very loyal.
41:58
And then on top of that, you know, if they're treated, you know, the way they expect to be treated, which is basically, you know, a good experience in building trust, then again, it was over 90% that they would come back to that dealership and buy that next car.
42:33
Was there any other findings in the data set that just surprised you as a takeaway for dealers here in 2026, Kim?
