Well, um, I, I, I would first take kind of the bird's-eye view of the, um, Caribbean right now.

As we know, the US empire is sort of reorganizing itself or retreating into the Western Hemisphere, the so-called Monroe Doctrine, uh, to make this sort of our Custer's last stand, if you will, uh, because of the problems that the US is facing waging its war in Ukraine against Russia, in Iran, uh, uh, Yemen now, et cetera.

And, um, they have really four principal targets in the hemisphere.
