David McCreight, suggested that I have a conversation with Dave Hain, who's now been my boss for many years, who was starting something new within URBN.

And that evolved into this proposed new strategy role, which I had never worked in a strategy role.

It was an individual contributor role, which I'd be leaving a management role.

I think going for it allowed me first of all, the ability to get closer to some of the tech space that I wasn't really as close to that has been really incredibly critical to my success.

But it's got to be more than that.
