So basically a problem that we sort of identified was... particularly for smaller clinics, the mom and pop vets, an individual vet who's just running their own practice, that they need to have someone manning the front desk.

And that person probably does a million different roles.

And often the phone is one of the biggest disruptors of just their own workflow.

And typically, a lot of the phone calls that come into a practice maybe 80% of them would be about pretty much the same things.
