A little bit nervous there, but when you are the underdogs and you are coming up against a team that sort of on paper have a lot of a reputation, you being a captain and a leader, what were your messages around like, going after it and not being intimidated by names on paper.
27:42
Yeah, absolutely.
27:43
We try not to focus on it too much, to be honest.
27:45
I think when you only have a little bit of time together, it's really important to try to build connection rather than focusing on the other team or trying to do too much on the footy field, even within our training sessions.

So we were really just trying to build connection, get to know our girls even, because so many of us were from all different places.

We had probably maybe half of our squad from last year, but the other half were completely new.
28:07
So we were just trying to... learn each other's names to be honest like that was our goal by day two to actually know everybody's name on the team and then um just really work hard to try to build connection with the girls find out you know everyone's why what brought them there to want to represent the cook islands and then um you know we all know how to play footy at the end of the day it wasn't really going to be about that but it's it's about um being able to you know when it gets tough like looking beside you and knowing that you've got your sisters back and that you'll do anything to try to you know, to try to get a result for your country.
