So the voice of women in the theater is a big deal, and I can't wait to hear more of it.

Hi, I'm Hartoon Weiss.

I'm a vice president at Google in the Global Customer Solutions team.

It's lovely to be here with everybody.

sure well i'm also coming straight from tick tock so having been at both building both tick tock and now arriving at google i think the most important thing we can do is just honor the customers and honor people's digital usage behavior habits desires how they interact with it if we pay attention to the customer when we build technology that amplifies humanity and kind of scales creativity i think we're all going to be in a really great place there have been a very small group of people that have genuinely changed the course of my professional career they have been absolutely pivotal in just seeing me and seeing the potential in me and giving me voice before I even had found my own.

So the more we can kind of pay that forward and rise up, reach back or send the elevator back down, the better we'll all be and so will our community of all these New York women.

So my mentor in this business is a man named Mark Goldstein who passed end of last year.
