So what do you think contributed most to that growth? Would you say?

There's no shortcut.

It's a lot of hard work.

It's a lot of grinding.

It's a lot of learning.

You know, it's not easy to pinpoint one or two or five or ten things that we did.

We did a lot of things with a singular-minded focus that we wanted to provide the best level of service, period.

Has there been a piece of marketing for you guys that has had some of... has had more of the success that you would tell an agency owner like, hey, this is definitely something that you guys should pour effort into within marketing that would really help grow your agency?

Um, [clears throat] yeah, 20 years in corporate.

Uh, I've spanned a career across a couple of different industries.

Um, my functional role in that time at corporate was mostly marketing and brand management, uh, and kind of being the hub of the wheel, working with a bunch of different groups within large corporate.

So mostly Fortune 50 companies across entertainment, across technology, uh, and apparel.

So I worked at The Walt Disney Company for over 10 years.

What are maybe one or two of the mistakes that you want to share that you think everyone should hear? Can you come up with one or two?
