Well, I guess, you know, two, two common biases that I've seen in, in talent is, you know, relative age effect.

And a maturity bias, so if you're later maturing, for example, that may affect that, especially around that, you know, that, at that age of when most of these decisions occur.

Now, I do think sports have got a lot better at recognizing, you know, some of those, um, biases and factors, but it's still really difficult, isn't it, to, um, you know, identify somebody who is later maturing, who's playing in a physically dominant sport like, like rugby.

Um, which probably then links into my second point is around in terms of this pathway, like talent identification, when does it occur? Why does it occur? But also what are pe- what are organizations, coaches, scouts looking for? And it's then having an understanding of really, like, what is talent, the differences between performance and potential.
