Well, well said, um, if Tim is Tim and since you said Bo or did this come from you, Kevin, are you blind? So it was, so if the beer style has evolved and shifted is Bo like a reference to Bohemian Pilsner, even though Timbo, as we now know it is, is more of a German Pilsner base.

Yeah.

So, um, The bow in Timbo was a reference to the Bohemian Pilsner, which is moreover the floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner.

And from a recipe standpoint, I think this is where the beauty of Timbo Pils comes around, is that floor-malted Pilsner... tends to create or tends to have more thiol precursors in the malt to then eventually work its way down the line, down the pipeline of aroma in beer.

So you get a floor-malted pilsner with all the precursors of thiols to be released later on.

Then you have a 3470 lager yeast that is very well balanced.
