And I think the first thing I would say to any customer coming to us and, and as part of our service, as I was saying before, is that we provide free advice.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
Uh, we've a team of four pharmacists here, including myself, and part of that is to help people navigate and make the right choices.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
So it's, it's arm yourself with the right information and, and there's a way of doing that which we can go through, and make informed choices rather than what, you know, the, there is a kind of tendency to go to a shotgun approach.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
"Ah, I'm gonna have 10, 12 supplements in my stack," as, as they say, "and it, it's bound to cover every symptom that I've got." And actually, we see a lot of overlap with that approach.

Going back to the actual products that you produce, Kevin, I think it's important to point out to people the difference in some of the other products that are on the market at the moment which and this is the challenge for women isn't it particularly going through the menopause because if you hit on a few things on social media your algorithms will take over and they'll just repetitively come up so it is a massive challenge but i think if you could just explain to anybody listening the um you know about where you're you know the ingredients for your products where they're sourced and the fact that they're you know the difference between some products that are out there that have maybe have a synthetic ingredients in as well

Kevin LeiversGUEST
so i think it's really important uh education is really fundamental here is how do you look at a label how do you look a product and figure out whether it's a good one and it's going to work and actually we don't talk about this a lot in the supplement industry but actually safety is equally important And a lot of it boils down to relationship, relationship between the company, the company and the customer, and how it communicates and how transparent is it in that communication, but also the relationship the company has with its suppliers.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
Because we're buying from different ranges of suppliers and we generally don't buy from wholesalers.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
And the reason for that is that a lot of indiscretions, shall we say, get covered up by wholesalers.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
And when I say wholesaler, it'll be what we call a nutraceutical company that has a range of raw materials bought from multiple suppliers and wholesalers.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
Often you get a range, if you, specific ingredient, ashwagandha is a classic example.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
You've got a range of different ashwagandhas, some from China, some from India, some from other parts of the world, and you will never get sight of the actual manufacturer.

And I'm going to be a bit controversial and say, why do we need supplements? And, you know, unless someone has a deficiency in their nutrition, is it the case that actually if you have really good nutrition with a good broad range of natural ingredients and cut out your processed foods as much as possible and reduce your caffeine and alcohol, isn't that good enough?

There was one computer downstairs, which was a massive machine and that was only a computer in the building.

Kevin LeiversGUEST
I had two mobile phones, one for personal and And so, you know, the average person is dealing with so much demons coming in that we are, it's no wonder we're disconnected from ourselves.

Then you end up with genius products like this, which never go out of fashion, as far as I'm concerned.
