And, yeah, he said, if you said it, why don't you sign it? I also have a friend in business who, very wealthy guy, and when he goes to the bank to borrow money, the bank, and, you know, a lot of people would say, can I get this as a non-recourse loan? He doesn't say, I'm going to pay him back.

I'll sign it.

This particular guy, he'll sign your listing agreement, but I don't need to do anything but shake his hand because, ready? If you shake this guy's hand, it's a contract for sure, but the contract goes both ways.

So if you don't do what you're supposed to do in the contract of the shaking of the hand, he remembers that.
