breathing it's not energetic either and talk a little bit about how secondary trauma gets us there
6:07
Well, secondary trauma, I mean, you're looking at these cases, you're talking about these cases that are so heavy, you know, wrongful death or whatever case that you're working in, and you're seeing that all day long, and you're used to seeing that all day long.
6:19
That's your job, and a lot of attorneys, they compartmentalize, and they've learned to compartmentalize in a way so that they don't get affected by this, but they are getting affected by this.
6:30
You may think, okay, I'm just going to move on from this, and I'm going to just I'm going to partition this, it's not a problem, but your body is reacting differently.
6:39
Your body is actually going, wow, this is crazy, oh my God, and it's trying to protect itself.
6:45
So just looking through those files are creating this trauma response, and it wears you out, not to mention the fact that you can get PTSD-like symptoms from it.
10:46
So talk a little bit more about how being a better breather, sounds so funny to say that, makes you more present.
10:54
It makes you more present.

How the reticular activating system in the brain works with manifestation is you start really becoming aware of what you want and start building on what you want in your mind, visualizing, writing it out, getting super, super clear.
12:27
So it's always in your awareness and the proximity is close.
12:31
You're writing it, you're thinking about it, you're visualizing it.
12:34
And these things all start showing up and the universe starts acting in accordance.
12:38
That's when I get to the woo-woo stuff because I have to say the universe.
12:41
And yes, it does play into this.
