Yeah, I sure can.

I got my first deep involvement in strategic planning.

I don't even remember the year, but this goes back to somewhere around 2002, maybe.

We hired a consultant.

He had a very elaborate, detailed six-month process.

A lot of people involved and so on.

What would you say were the biggest decision points that you as part of this leadership team had? in making sure that this strategic plan was responsive to the needs and that the bank stuck with it and actually put it to work during the period following its adoption.
