You know what? You know what? You might have been sitting there when I said this this past weekend, but...

world war z taught me that no matter how bad it looks uh in production a movie can still come out looking stellar and world war z is a great example of a movie that boy we heard the wheels were coming off the cart in the production of that film they reshot shit they changed the whole ending matthew fox was in the movie and suddenly he was just kind of an you see watch world war z now matthew fox is an extra and it's bizarre to see it this actor we all recognize just running around the background not saying any lines but that's an example of a movie that it looked like this is a disaster and it's going to be a mess And it, you know, it's such a good film.

And, you know, with any of this stuff, it's like it's all an uphill battle.

I think it also, the more you make these movies, the worse it gets because the production is suddenly weighed down by expectation, by much more and more interference from the studios who all think they know what the hell they're talking about.

And filmmakers who are trying to outdo themselves, and this is no shade against the Russos or anybody, but I just think it gets weighed down by all of these factors, all of this shit.

and Endgame just reminded me of what that sort of high water mark felt like of oh shit you know I don't know if I can say it's a great movie in as much as one considers great movies but I think it's one of the best times I've ever had it in my life
