tasks instead of just to your point like answering questions so can you give us some examples of what a multi uh like a multi-step task could be
15:55
sure so there are a lot of different um workflows that you can automate with AI.
16:03
And like I said before, it's really important for you to look at your day-to-day to see things that are repetitive.
16:12
For example, if you're working in a big organization and you have access to Copilot and you've connected it to your email, to your calendar, whenever a meeting happens, lands on your calendar, you can have co-pilot see who the meeting is from, do research on the meeting organizer, search through your emails to see all the communication that you've had with that person, look at the different documents related to whatever you're meeting about and prepare you a meeting brief, prepare you with questions that you can take into that meeting.
16:52
That's one way that you can use AI to automate and help you prepare for a meeting.
16:59
AI can scan, and we talked about this, AI can scan your email.
17:03
It can pull out high priority emails.

I also, I love this question from Jeff, because it has to do with that sort of interpersonal, inner human contact, which is, how can I use these ideas about AI to help with my coaching practice? What would you implement?
