So looking back, if you were to try and sort of contrast those two sets of experiences, what have those different environments taught you?

I think the first thing I'd probably say as I was thinking about this or have thought about a lot over the years, and lots of people have asked me the differences between the two, that it's not actually just, um, big corporate versus scale-up.

Um, because I think in big corporates you've also got a lot of different roles and brands and different style of businesses within them.

So I would say for example with Kimberly-Clark, so Kimberly-Clark brands like Kleenex, Andrex, um, Huggies, uh, all the sort of very thorough, um, blue chip FMCG brands.

So I was also, uh, working as a account manager, so in the sales role, uh, for Tesco account and then brand marketing roles.
