And I just thought, wow, is

this really what I'm having to comprehend? So that has been, it's been an eye opener.

There's lots of stories I could tell you, which just would not happen in the UK.

There's a bit more disrespect as an owner and an employer.

And also the contracts in Italy are very, very favorable for the employee, but not so much favorable for an employer.

And I now understand why.

Italy does not tend to offer, even big international companies I've learned, some do, but a lot do not offer long-term full-time contracts past 12 months because the employees have so many rights that in Italy for a company, it's a real scare to take on some staff longer term.
