But we all go through this, don't we, where we have to decide what is life going to be like? How do, how do we best make those decisions, Kerry?

Kerry HannonGUEST
Um, I just think this is a stage of life that we all come up against, and any time you're going through a life transition, it, it, it can be scary, right? I mean, there's, there's all that stuff comes together, your loss of identity, your community.

Kerry HannonGUEST
Maybe your mental engagement has changed because you've stepped back from the workplace.

Kerry HannonGUEST
So there's all kinds of things that you have to, you know, take that breath and say, "Okay- So, um, maybe there are more, yeah, um, yesterdays than tomorrow, but what can I do to really make the most and really embrace this chapter of my life, to get back off and do some of the things that we loved as a kid maybe that we had to set aside because we had this life march ahead of us, that sort of linear progression? And so there's all kinds of things, from where you live to the kind of activities you do, but, and the people you hang out with.

Kerry HannonGUEST
So it's just, I think it's a really exciting time of life, but because it is daunting, it, it takes some intentional time to do what I call the inner MRI, to really look inside and say, "Okay, like here I am.

Kerry HannonGUEST
What would be my ideal step forward? What would be a dream for me? And then how can I start to put this thing together in a way that, that's practical and realistic?"

Lucy Ann LanceHOST
How important is it also to stay active? And, and I ask this knowing that people that really want to stay in their own homes often are isolated, and when I talk with them about places like Glacier Hills and the activities they have and the engagement, the social engagement, which I think is just tremendously important to keep those, those brain cells moving, right [laughs]?
