Um, Kerry, can I then go to you and ask around, about how over your kind of 15 years working in projects, is it common for a project to have a kind of staggered start or a bit of an unclear start? Um, and how f- what has that meant for you as a project manager?

Um, well, probably linking that back to the first question as well.

So within the construction business, especially for us at Alpha BT, a project would start when we're looking at the tendering and the bidding.

So often the delivery person will be part of that delivery team.

But a bit like Anita said, there's not necessarily this one big first start off, all the project team members are there.

Um, we do have like a sales to delivery handover before we do an official launch.

So the sales to delivery handover does involve the PM, who's actually gonna deliver it, and that's that time that Anita said about, you know, trying to get to understand how we've won the project, what it is we're gonna deliver, how we're going to deliver it.

So have you got any advice or, um, experience that you can draw on, that, that you could share that has worked or that you try to do?
