So to start us off today, especially within today's pharmacy industry landscape, why is advocacy in the pharmacy space so important right now? And what is it leading to for the greater pharmacy workforce?

As noted, I joined Sincora this past spring.

I spent 15 years in care delivery.

I'm a pharmacist.

I led pharmacy teams, really focused on advancing care models, having lived in northern Minnesota and growing up in small rural community is ensuring access to care for everyone, whether you live in an urban setting or you live in a rural setting.

So Kenzie, Talking about your role in supporting advocacy efforts like this, what is your organization doing to support advocacy efforts in the pharmacy industry, as well as provide them with the necessary tools for bolstering advocacy at pharmacies like Scott's?
