believe that there were stricter regulations in place.
6:45
Exactly, which brings me to today of why I'm pushing for a citizen task force.
6:54
So reading the articles in the Forward Star Telegram, and there's very little clear information.
7:01
I think my next step is actually meet some of the people who are on the task force and get their firsthand reports.
7:08
So the 2006 task force was made up of nine people placed there by the city council, because the city council at the time was only nine members, as well as people from the gas drilling industry, as well as some real estate folks, as well as a couple of lawyers.
7:24
you know, a 50-50 mix, you know, nine residences, nine residents and nine people from industry.
7:32
And what little articles are in the Four Star Telegram, they talk about how it was very hard to get tougher regulations because, you know, you have 18 people and half of them are representing industry as well as, you know, imagine some council members naming a couple of people from industry.

If it's not at the zoning commissioners, when this task force shows up as like, this needs to be a big deal analysis of like, who is your council member selecting to this task force and why? Shows everything they're prioritizing and what they're keeping as their main priority.
