What did that range teach you about who really owns technology decisions?

Working in many of those different sectors, there is a habit that the technology team owns all of the technology decisions, which means that we also own the risk.

But that's not true.

You know, I want to make it known that, you know, especially me now working on my PhD, that the risk always lies with the leadership.

So sometimes the IT team gets stuck with the risk, even though we make the decisions.
