well thanks sensei and thanks for having me on your show and i've got a pretty simple story um i had a dream job And, you know, like a lot of jobs, it was pretty stressful.

So I balanced it out with a lot of running.

And then I got to a point where this formula stopped working for me.

And, you know, part of it was at work, we were making acquisitions, but we started to run out of targets.

And it got quiet and it got slow.

And then the board put us up for sale.
