What are some of the changes you've seen as you've worked with other operations in this part of the state?

Yeah, you know, I've seen a shift.

I go back to my early Farm Bureau days and looking at local involvement and the generation that was involved back then compared to the generations that are involved now.

And it was the older mature operations that were active in Farm Bureau.

And as I look at our Farm Bureau, County Farm Bureau board, especially now, that young generation is starting to get involved.

And it's neat to see.

It's neat to see very young 18, 19 year olds want to have an impact in their industry.

How do you see that impacting that next generation that's coming through? What are they going to have to do differently or how's that going to impact their future?
