So systems can be a little misleading by calling it systems.

It's technically accurate, but most people tend to think of software, right? Oh, I have to have systems.

That's what all healthy companies do.

So I better bring AI into my company or I better bring some software tool.

What I'm really talking about there is when I refer to systems, I'm referring to ways of work.
