So can you paint us a picture of how this purpose and this blank slate can build this capability that, you know, we really need to capitalize on and want to capitalize on?

When you bring it back to Bradfield, what we're doing is creating a city which is right for its place.

So we're not trying to copy Parramatta or Sydney CBD or Macquarie Park or anybody else.

We've got a focus on the sectors which have a, a preexisting strength in Western Sydney, or there's a strength because we're about to get a new twenty-four/seven international airport, or in what we're creating, the capabilities we're creating at Bradfield.

So that means advanced manufacturing, it does mean defense, it means aerospace, education with a, a university precinct in the market right at the moment, circular economy, and also freight and logistics.

So when we're talking about giving organizations, companies access to the technology to help them grow their businesses, what is the sort of engagement you've had? Have people gone, "Oh, that's exactly what we need"? What has the response from industry looked like?
