So Ken, being at sort of the home of PTsi, what are people looking at both in adults and in pediatrics in terms of enhancing the immune reconstitution, which I think those of us in the adult world still recognize as being a major problem with that regimen?
8:48
Well, I'm glad you brought that up, Corey.
8:50
I, I'd love to know what the, the published data are on this.
8:54
Uh, our data for immune reconstitution, particularly in the context of haploidentical transplants, although this has not been published, is actually quite robust.
9:04
I will tell you, certainly in the context of our non-malignant disorders, we really have no issues with immune reconstitution with respect to immunoglobulin levels, with respect to CD4 recovery.
9:17
And I, I am well aware of the data that have been, I, I think soon to be published by Leslie Keen and colleagues, which speak to this, quote, "bottleneck." I mean, I think that was very elegant work.
9:31
I would pause and say on record that God forbid I needed a transplant, I would really want to be alive, disease-free, and GVHD-free.

So Ken, what are you excited about on the PTsi side of things in terms of novel strategies there?
