And, um, to kind of go back to slightly before Fleetwood Mac, how does a kid from San Jose end up in a recording studio in the first place? How does your career start?

I drove up from, I was a m- musician and I wrote songs.

And so I, my girlfriend decided to move down to, down south to, to Los Angeles and, uh, stay with her mom, so I followed her down, uh, in heat, you know, I probably.

So I followed her down and stayed with her for a few days.

And because I was a songwriter, I used to tell people, "I'm a songwriter." "What do you do?" "I'm a songwriter.

I'm a composer." Anyway, so I got a job at Wally Heider Studios, and they fired another guy 'cause, because my mother had typed out a resume for me.

My dear mom typed out this re- resume, and I went into Wally Heider's with a- Suit and tie, long hair and a beard.

Can you talk us through that?
