So, so with your, with your wife then, what, what I'm just trying to get in my head here, when did you actually come out to her? Or had you always sort of given a notion that you were bisexual at some point in the past, or when did that happen?

So, so there's, there's two, there's two, two elements, I suppose, to, to, to her understanding of, um, my sexual orientation, shall we say.

One is, um, one is actually at university.

So where, we met at university, um, we were friends for a period of time, and then we started dating, and towards the back end of university, um, like most people do, they, they, they consider what's next.

There is that kind of unsettled, unknown period that follows university and, um, there was one evening where I had had too much to drink and sat on the steps of, um, our leavers' ball at the university, and, um, it, just something hit me, something overcame me as a sense of, "Maybe I'm gay," and I said it out loud, and she was next to me.

Um, and the next day, I kind of sobered up and reflected on it a bit, and I did, I did reflect on it a bit but, but again, in that place of, "Well, am I gay? 'Cause I don't really feel gay, actually.

I still feel straight.

What's it been like? How have you, how have you got on? What's, what's happened?

What if the simplest solution is that soldiers be banned from having any relationships with women while they're on deployment? Having seen all the havoc and heartbreak these relationships have caused, you might think Kelvin would agree, but he doesn't.

This will be very racist in nature, because you are asking predominantly white soldiers to avoid Black women because they may bring them trouble.

And the only, uh, feasible solution is just to ensure that these men are held accountable when they father children while during their training duration in Kenya.

I hope maybe if he wants me back, maybe it's okay

okayIt really means that this is not just a past issue.

Simply means that this is a continuous issue.

I have a referral for a client who told me that she is three months pregnant of a British soldier's child.

There certainly was press report of this dispute between the board and Brown at the time of his departure that's referenced in the press.

I've not seen anything where the board acknowledged that, and certainly Alan Brown doesn't say anything about that.

Uh, sadly, it is one of the options available, but in the end it solves the question of, "Who was my father?" And it gives them closure to their end.

But to the extent of whether a compatible relationship is formed thereafter is a question...
