Can you dive a little bit more into what women can do when they're pregnant to stay active, to keep those muscles, you know, prevent the, uh, diastasis if possible, and just prevent some of those symptoms?

So I always like to start out by saying that the number one thing you can do is, like, give your body a little bit of grace, because I'd argue that no pregnancy, even within the same person, is the exact same.

So your body is experiencing something new each and every time, especially with that first pregnancy.

But I'm sure you can speak to this as, you know, you've gone through this before, but I'm sure this pregnancy is still different than the last.

So I always like to say give your body grace.

I've had plenty of friends, plenty of patients who are unable to exercise because of nausea, morning sickness, just so many different things where anything upright, anything with exertion might cause some of these adverse symptoms when it comes to exercise.

So if that's you, it is okay.

Um, so what symptoms shouldn't be ignored for pregnant women?
