So we partnered with Highland, of course, to build an AI-powered tool that leveraged existing resources, including our annual salary report.

to provide personalized contract negotiation guidance, salary benchmarking, career guidance, things like what should I be doing over the next five years to reach my goal to kind of better serve members.

And our hope was that this tool would move the needle on retention potentially.

That was our big metric of success.
