So now that we've covered those early foundations, was there a particular moment in time when you realized this could be a long-term career for you? And if so, what happened around that time?

I'll jump in first, and thank you with that.

Uh, uh, this was actually a job that I entered into with the idea that it would take me two years, and I found out that being a senior examiner had a progression path more than two years.

Uh, within my state, they believed that a senior examiner should take four, so I was bound to stay four and prove that I could do it in three and a half.

So, uh, nonetheless, it, it became a, a game at first, but the game only lasts so long.

And at one point it, it kind of felt boring and redundant, and I had to take a step back and see what is the big picture of, of what we're doing.

At that point, I believed, I thought the future was Colorado School of Banking, and I signed up for that.

What are some of the alternate paths that examiners can pursue within state regulation and non, and bank and non-bank regulation?
