Yeah, great question.

Same thing I share with other HR business leaders I've, you know, coach or mentored along the way is, first and foremost, you have to understand the business and understand how it's done at the heart of the business.

So from an early part of my career, it's standing lockstep with the frontline employees and understanding what they do, but then also sitting with the executives and understanding what we're trying to achieve and be able to merge the two together, right? So it is...

I'm not there looking at the black and white policies and all about compliance.

It's an important piece, right? It's an important piece.

But equally as important is that really merging together what the business is trying to accomplish with and through the people.
