How does a woman even recognize that she's drifting maybe when everything on the outside looks good?

Nobody checks on you.

People in your organization think, "Oh, she's, she's successful.

I don't need to check on her.

She- I don't have to worry about her growth anymore." And you just keep...

And so what did that look like for you in terms of what point did you realize that the path you're on never felt, didn't feel like yours anymore?
