Is there any serious, your formula that goes into that that's yours, that this is what I do to make it work?

Yeah, you know, for us, A, we're excited about the diverse event mix, right? That's important to us.

Not just like concerts versus sporting events, but even in the concerts category, we want different genres of shows, right? Country and Christian and classic rock and Latin and all the other shows that sell really good here in Tulsa.

Yeah.

But for us, we've got to have a really nimble staff that work overnight to not only clean the building, but to physically prepare the building for the next day.

So physically going from an ice hockey event to a concert overnight is an interesting, pretty challenging.

And we've got it kind of down to a science, in my opinion.

So is there any specific event or maybe an operational moment that went a little south and you learned a lesson and your team learned a lesson and kind of sat down and went over the pros and cons and fixed it? Anything specific that struck you?
