For our audience of GTM leaders across data center operators, technology, facilities, construction, real estate, and investment, literally all over the world, what have you found to be the biggest fundamental shift? What's been the biggest change that's happening right now in how hyperscalers view logistics companies like Arvato?

Sure.

Um, and maybe to answer that, I might have to go back a step and explain a little bit about the rationale for the acquisition and the transition that you mentioned.

So ATC was a company focused, uh, exclusively on hyperscalers, serving their logistics needs, whether it was secure transportation or data center technical services in Europe.

You mentioned at the start I, I'm sitting here in Dublin, and that's where the business began forty-five years ago, founded by my parents and then transitioning around '27, uh, 2027 to me.

But at around 2022, we began to realize that even though we had achieved super success growing across Europe, we were hitting a little bit of a bottleneck that to go further than that, to go global, if you will, uh, was going to take a little bit more firepower.

Aided, uh, and, and advised by our board at the time, they said, "Guys, it's time you really take this seriously.

So when we look at the data center ecosystem expanding into secondary and tertiary markets, how do you see the race for power and space fundamentally changing, and how has it been especially challenging for traditional supply chain models?

I'm wondering how that aligns with some of the findings that you

had.

I think it aligns really, really well.

I think putting all of the onus on the teachers to be the only source of solving some of the problems for which they have little or no control over is an error.

One of the strategies from our chapter on teacher burnout and stress has to do with appropriate use of professional learning communities.

We encounter professional learning communities all over the place.

Everybody is doing something titled a professional learning community.

They said, what tools or coaching moves can you recommend for supporting teachers' emotional resilience during periods of stress, change, or burnout?
