And ironically, um, I did a, a vertical expansion on Jackson Memorial Hospital down in Miami a few years ago, so [laughs] and I, I've walked through that hospital m- many times.

A- a- and fortunately, where I, I spent the time was at Celebration Hospital in Kissimmee, and Celebration was actually designed i- originally as one of the Disney properties, but then it was taken over by the hospital.

So it was actually a very, very pleasant hospital full of light and fountains, and, um, the patient experience was actually much better than most people experience, I would say.
