So if you're looking for some type of a role that where you can literally go home every day and say, help somebody like I think public services for you, you know, and it's, it's, I don't know if there's anything more than that for me, right? Like we can talk about recruitment and we can talk about compensation.

It's not always better than the private sector, but I think it is definitely much more fulfilling.

And I think one of the things that as cities and towns that we have to do better with bringing people in is really, you know, setting the culture or letting them know how much good they do do.

Final question we dig into with every interview is, what do cities need to rethink to try to achieve some kind of sustainability for their people in the future? What do we need to rethink and redo in order to make sure they can do this as long as they want, that they don't burn out in the process?
