Mm-mm.

And one other thing that I've been talking to a lot of people, like I, I actually, you know, um, interact w- in the context of maybe coaching or, uh, counseling situations or just having a casual conversation with, uh, my friends or new people I get to know through LinkedIn and other, like, technology again, right, is this concept of iwakan.

Iwakan in Japanese is, basically, it's, it's a sense that something is off, or I may be able to explain it maybe...

It, it's like a little inner friction you feel when somebody says something or when you, you are in a certain situation.

Now, culturally, right, different cultures have different ways of dealing with this iwakan.

Uh, some of the cultures, they will not hold onto it.

They, they, they're kind of encouraged to explain that they're feeling this little i- inner friction and explicitly communicate with the people that you're communicating with or, you know, the people, uh, you're being surrounded by.

Uh-huh

And what one of them was about the similarities and differences, how Ikigai gets interpreted, understood, and practiced by people of different backgrounds and beliefs.

So that topic, I think we can't go without discussing the famous Ikigai Venn diagram and how that gets interpreted by, again, people of different backgrounds.

I think the One way to look at it is it is the most elegant way of explaining that life's purpose or that goal that you want to pursue, lifelong goal that you want to pursue.

And if I may kind of repeat what many of the viewers may understand is that what you like, what you're good at, what the world needs, sometimes I say what somebody else needs, And then how you can make money.

You know, the four things combined in the sweet spot in the center is what's considered ikigai.

Now, there are a number of scholars already out there somewhat debunking that myth a little bit.

Because the ikigai concept itself wasn't necessarily only about that life's purpose or the life's goal.

We work more globally and closely with technologies like AI and face the challenges of population declining together.
