Like I have some daughters who are like, oh, I want this shirt that says mental health, say these things, say all of those things, which I think helped with some of the barriers or helped give young people language.

You know, like now it's not corny for them to say like my mental health or whatever.

I think a lot of work has been done to remove the stigma.

You know, I think when I was young, it was kind of like you crazy or that person is crazy or like we kind of label individuals.
