So from there, what did you do after that?

Well, I didn't even know that business coaching was a thing.

I just knew that I had a problem I wanted to solve.

So immediately started working for a company that actually did recognition programs.

So their job was to make sure that the teams within the organizations were properly recognized, everybody from Walmart and Walgreens to McDonald's, Hilton, FedEx, you name it, across these brands.

And all I was doing in these spaces was teaching the same leadership and vision and mission type things that I was doing in the nonprofit space.

It was the exact same language around these leaders.
