What access gaps can community pharmacy realistically help neighborhood teams address?

So I think probably what's worth highlighting either for community pharmacy or for general practice is that it has got really high accessibility, the clinical expertise Population reach and in, and absolutely about trust from the community.

And I think whether that's general practice or pharmacy, but both can be said for both professions.

I think where community pharmacy plays a really big part is providing that, um, on the high street in a way that, um, supports general practice, so particularly around managing minor illness presentations, and we've got some fantastic figures, um, through Pharmacy First, which I'm sure Hanal will touch on.

Um, there's a huge national agenda around access generally, and a lot of that is about on-the-day demand, and community pharmacy can absolutely play a part in us, um, achieving those targets.

How can pharmacy's clinical role in improving access be framed as core NHS capacity though, rather than an unstructured add-on?
