It could be simple.
7:09
Sure.
7:11
So, Mark, from my work right now, I think what is most relevant to people is that...
7:20
As I was mentioning, on my screen, I see people's biological age advancing compared to their chronological age, right? But one of the more interesting thing that is happening, and I would say this is more in the past 10 years, We have AI-driven tools now, and we have the tools that can actually now go in and measure brain volumes.
7:48
So there's a particular scan we do, which is called a neuroquant scan, which actually gives us the brain volume, but it also gives us the brain volume of different parts of the brain, particularly the hippocampal formation, which has to do with our memory and whatnot.
8:06
And what is interesting is as society is engaging with AI technology, right, as we are outsourcing our brain capacity, right, you know, and right now, you know, instead of writing an email, you can have Claude or ChatGPT write an email or if you want to do a presentation, so you really don't have to think anymore, you know.
8:31
And as this technology was progressing, I always said that what is this going to be? What is the trade-off, right? What is the trade-off of giving all this cognitive computing ability away? But I could never point to a film and say, hey, this is what's going on.

25 MINS LATER

33:44
While we're talking about primal, I would love if you could touch on sleep since that's what we should be spending seven or so hours a day and what positions and what pillows and I mean, anything to help with brain health and longevity.
55:05
Mm-hmm.
55:05
You know? And one camp, they, th- they're sort of anti-AI.
55:09
They said, "You know what? This is, this is, this is very harmful for us.
55:12
Let's just stay away from this technology," you know? And then there's one camp that wants to kind of adopt AI and then do everything that, that AI offers and everything like that, okay? But I think you have to take a moderate approach.
55:26
One is that I don't think AI technology's bad.
55:28
You know, I'm glad that we have AI.
55:31
It automates a lot of the mundane tasks.
56:09
Mm-hmm.
